Great location, perfectly centered to all of our needs. Has all you need for a beach vacation. Dennis was quick to respond to our inquiries and flexible as well. Would stay again!

Dennis is a great host! Highly recommend a stay at his place. He was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. The house is spacious and close to the town / shops. Checking in and out is super easy.

The house structure really worked well for our family. The place was clean, updated and provided nice extras that we didn't have to bring over on the ferry or purchase at the fire island stores, such as paper products and supplies. The deck was huge and we loved it for lounging around, eating dinner outside, utilizing the grill and playing the games provided. We would stay here again and/or recommend it to others.

Hidden gem in Ocean Beach with great location, very close to the beach. Dennis was a great host, incredibly responsive to all our questions and needs. The house itself surprised us and was nicer / more spacious than we expected. Great outdoor area with lots of fun games and overall a great stay that we'd highly recommend.

My group of 12 had an amazing stay. The house is clean, includes everything you need for a fun and comfortable beach vacation and is so close to the beach it was easy to come back and forth all day long. Dennis is a great host and responded to all our questions and while the pictures are good, the house shows much better in person. We would 100% stay here again.

Second consecutive year we stayed here. Home is well maintained and very conveniently located near town. Its clear that the owners take great care to keep the home well maintained with new upgrades from the prior year (new hot tub & bicycles). Dennis was very responsive and a wonderful host.
